Everything below this point is for accepted Class of 2021 applicants to formally commit to become part of our Senior Angel Squad!
Important information about the Angelworks Photography Angel Squad opportunity for current Juniors (Class of 2021). Please read through with a parent to ensure that you are both aware of the commitment involved.
When you become a part of our Class of 2021 Angel Squad, you will attend your official signing day to meet our creative team, officially sign with our Squad, and get your first studio shots taken.
As a Senior Angel, you will have the opportunity to:
Attend themed fun shoots approximately every month
You will receive sharing size files for all fun shoots
As a Senior Angel, you are required to:
You are required to represent Angelworks Photography positively at all times on social media and in person.
The cost for joining the Squad is $500. This includes your AP Senior Session - photographed with Angelworks Photography, and additional optional shoots. The first payment of $175 is due with the submission of this contract. The second payment of $175 is due when you attend your in-person signing day. The remainder of $150 is due at your planning meeting, or as arranged through payments if needed. The Senior Squad Fee does not include prints, products or digital files from your Senior Session images or from your fun shoots. These are purchased separately, and there is an additional minimum order requirement of $800. We do accept payments, and if you believe that we are the right fit for you, we will work with you to make it happen!
You and a parent must sign this contract to participate. If any Angel does not follow the guidelines, their contract will be terminated, and any payment to date will not be refunded.
Your first payment constitutes acceptance of the Class of 2021 Senior Angel Squad Contract as stated below:
STUDENT: I understand all of the details of the Angelworks 2021 Senior Angel Squad Program as stated above. I understand my part in the program, and agree to abide by all policies of the program. Angelworks Photography has the right to use any of my photographs/images for all marketing/advertising/ and display purposes. Violation of any portion of this contract will result in the contract becoming null and void, and all benefits received as an Angelworks 2021 Senior Angel (sessions, images, video and other), will be due at their full face value, with no refund.
PARENT: As the parent/guardian of the student named above, I understand and agree to the policies of the Angelworks 2021 Senior Angel Squad Program as stated to above. I have also read and agree to the information above (as agreed to by my child), and grant permission for my daughter/son to participate in the Angelworks 2021 Senior Angel Squad Program.

This payment is the first payment toward your Senior Angel Squad Fee. The second payment of $175 is due at your in-person signing day, and the final portion of your Squad fee ($150) is due at your planning meeting - unless we make additional payment arrangements.
